William then told me about the changes he had made, why he made them, and he gave instructions for Will and me to follow. It went something like this: "Now your room is organized. The picture doesn't look nice there, but it does look nice there. Daddy's medicine doesn't look nice there, but it does look nice there. Uh-huh. Yep. I fixed it for you. Now don't move it. Leave it right there. It looks nice like that. Your room is organized now. It is better."

The Decorator Is at it Again
Thankfully, today is a much better day than yesterday. Even on good days, though, I am usually stuck in bed for a little while. Today was no exception. William took advantage of this time and fixed my room again. This time, he also took care of some of Will's decorating/organizing "problems."
William saw Will's inhaler sitting on our dresser and said, "Huh? Daddy has been organizing. This shouldn't go here." (Please ignore the dust on my dresser! I can't usually stand up long enough to dust. Dust bunnies have just become a part of life.)
He also proceeded to move my picture frame. Again.

ReplyDelete:o) Hope you had a Happy Monday!
Hahaha - this gave me a chuckle. So, the real question is: Did you take your new decorator's advice? :-)
ReplyDeleteWilliam has a lotta somebody home, doesn't he? What a great guy he is, and correct about the heart picture frame all the way! He has the right instincts, but has also obviously learned from your talents.
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to point out that I couldn't see one speck of dirt on your dresser :)
ReplyDeleteOh my that is funny.. well he sure has an eye for how he wants things.. that is cute :)
ReplyDeleteHey, he "organized" on his own...without you insisting?! He can give my hubby some lessons if he likes lol!
ReplyDeleteAnd regarding your dust bunnies: I can stand and dust bunnies are the LEAST of my cleaning worries :)...seriously, from the pictures i've seen you're a much tidier person than I!
