Sara's Story

If you've been reading my blog for a while, you've heard me mention Sara Frankl before. For years she was completely home-bound, but she lived with great joy. She suffered from intense and relentless pain because an autoimmune disease was attacking her body. Through it all she chose joy, and she chose to glorify God with the life He gave her. In September of 2011 God took Sara home to her reward.

Sara was a blessing to those who knew her in real life and to those who knew her only online.  Last year (in)courage made a video about Sara for the 2012 (in)RL conference.  I want to share it with all of you today. I hope that Sara's life and joy will be an encouragement and challenge to you. I know it has been for me!

  2. Dear Rachel
I just watch the DVD of Sarah and it means so much to me! I suffer from Fm/CFS nad am mostly homebound, and quite a lot of the time, bed- or couch bound. I have just joined the In Courage group and linked-up just before you. This DVD came just at the time when I needed it for our summer is approaching and we in South Africa experience very hot summers and it causes mi illness to flare up majorly. All praise to our Pappa who keeps us and hold us and fills us with His joy and peace as we learn to rest in Him. So great to meet you.
    Blessings XX
    Mia
